We’re proud to share that a researcher from the OptimESM project has contributed to the Global Tipping Points Report 2025, a major international scientific assessment of critical Earth system thresholds and the risks they pose. The report brings together the work of more than 160 scientists from 23 countries and 87 institutions, synthesising the latest research on both negative and positive tipping points in the climate system ahead of COP30.
